1. Cancellation Policy

Flight Ticket Cancellations All flight bookings made through Flyroar are subject to the airline’s cancellation and refund policies. Cancellation charges are determined by the airline and may vary based on the fare type, route, and time of cancellation. Service fees charged by Flyroar at the time of booking are non-refundable. How to Cancel You can cancel your booking directly through your Flyroar account or by contacting our customer support at [support@flyroar.com ]. Please provide your booking reference number, passenger name, and registered email ID for verification. Cancellation Timing Some airlines may allow cancellation up to a specific number of hours before departure. Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of flight time) may not be eligible for any refund, depending on the airline’s policy.

2. Refund Policy

Refund Process Refunds are processed as per the airline’s refund rules after deducting applicable service fees and cancellation charges. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, the refund will be initiated within 7–14 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to your original mode of payment. Partial Refunds In some cases (e.g., partially used tickets or multi-sector trips), partial refunds may be applicable, depending on the airline’s terms. Service Fees Flyroar may charge a processing fee for handling cancellations and refunds. These charges will be communicated during the booking or refund request process.

3. No-Show Policy

If the passenger fails to check-in or board the flight without canceling in advance, the booking will be marked as a “No-Show.” No refunds are applicable in such cases, as per airline policy.

4. Flight Schedule Changes or Cancellations by Airline

In case an airline cancels or reschedules a flight: Flyroar will assist you in obtaining a refund or rescheduling the flight as per the airline’s policy. Any compensation, rebooking, or refund will depend on the airline’s terms and conditions.
